I am an Ascension teacher, End of life doula and Self love seamstress with a pocket full of tools for soulful awakening and transformation.
I have always been a natural healer with a sensitive and compassionate heart, which is why 20 years ago I chose to become a nurse. But our medical system is broken. It doesn’t deeply heal or gracefully hold us through difficult moments or transitions such as end of life. This realisation, and my deep need to give others loving care lead me to discover and tap into ancient and profound healing systems.
Now I am a certified yoga teacher, meditation guide, energy healer and death doula. And I am here to help you raise your vibration, reconnect and experience grace – even when you are in the darkest moments. Let’s dismantle armour, release ancestral pain, heal trauma, unburden your heart and surf the waves of grief with grace.
